Terms of Service

Drafty provides AI-generated personal garden plans, plant lists, maintenance manuals, and short four-season video reels for your own patch (backyard, terrace, balcony, allotment). The service is made available at brianmccallumdraw.com on a subscription and credit-pack basis.

• You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction.
• You are responsible for keeping your password and account secure. Notify us at support@brianmccallumdraw.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
• You may not share an account with others; use Atelier for team workflows.

We offer three subscription tiers (Sketch, Plot, Atelier) and three credit packs (Small, Medium, Large). Pricing is shown at /pricing in USD; applicable VAT and sales tax are added at checkout based on your billing country.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the start of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from /app/billing or via the Stripe customer portal; access continues to the end of the paid period and we never bill again after cancellation.

Credits are service-usage units, not currency. They cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another user, refunded as money, or carried over indefinitely after the subscription ends. Subscription-tier credits expire at the end of each billing period; credit-pack credits expire 12 months after purchase.

Your use of Drafty is also subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. In summary: don't use Drafty to plan illegal cultivation; don't use it to design "improvements" to land you don't own; don't try to bypass rate limits or scrape generations.

Drafty's outputs are generated by machine-learning systems and reflect general horticultural patterns. Plans are reference material for personal use only and are not landscape-architect plans, gardener consultations, or engineering certifications. See our AI Disclaimer for the full statement.

You own your inputs (prompts, photos). Outputs (plans and reels) are licensed to you under our Content License. Drafty owns the platform, the model integrations, the UI, and the brand.

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, that show signs of payment fraud, or that we are required to suspend by law — with notice where reasonable.

The service is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drafty disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable consumer-protection law.

See our Refund Policy. UK consumers retain statutory 14-day cancellation rights for new subscriptions; credits and partially used periods follow the rules set out there.

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. EU and UK consumers retain the right to bring proceedings before the courts of their country of residence.

If we change these terms materially we will notify you by email and at the top of this page at least 14 days before the new version takes effect. The current version is dated 2026-05-06.
